Get your step on while we play an amazing playlist both oldies and goodies. In our Walk Fit class you are guaranteed 3+ miles tracked. Come burn fat and have a good time while doing it.

Circuit Training is a great class for any level of fitness. Stations are set up that target specific muscle groups or full body. There are modifications for everything and user-friendly equipment to help you reach your full potential.

This class focuses on weight training, and strength conditioning. Participants are encouraged to lift to build! Pick'em up and Put'em down! We have weights for all levels and strongly encourage our members to go beyond what they believe they can do.

Chair One Fitness (9 am)is a comprehensive chair exercise program designed for individuals who have complications standing during a fitness regimen. This includes senior citizens, people with balance deficits, injuries, disabilities, or suffering from obesity. It is designed to keep individuals mobile to ensure they remain progressive in daily function and/or recovery. This program was designed to deliver a fun interactive workout that uplifts people while providing a total body workout.

Tabata-  Tabata is Hotta with You! What is Tabata? 

a form of high-intensity physical training in which very short periods of extremely demanding activity are alternated with shorter periods of rest, typically over a period of four minutes:

Boot  Camp / Cardio Dance

Boot camp workouts can vary, depending on their focus. They generally include an intense mix of aerobic, strength training and speed elements within each class session. One boot camp workout might stress body weight exercises (calisthenics) while another stresses weight-style drills. Any and All levels are welcome!

STRONG Nation® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.

In each class you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing.

Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet. The first five components are taught in a 50 minute class, while the last component, Diet, can be found here on the website. R.I.P.P.E.D. is designed for all fitness levels, allowing a gym novice and trained athlete to both feel an intense full body workout.
